This unique rich source of intellectual capital is fundamental to building winning cultures.

Example benchmarking
Complementary to our primary database, here we have captured cultural data over a 20 year period concerning characteristics of different types of organizations. The source data contains the diagnosis of organizational behaviors clustered into our four dimensional model of corporate culture.
New extended corporate culture database
We are currently extending our database to be more discriminating based on our extended model in which the original quadrants are now sub-divided in to 12 segments. These segments also show cultural components that hinder as well as support organizational effectiveness.
